Why am I running low or out of oil before my next scheduled delivery?

Unexpectedly running out of oil usually happens if your kitchen experienced a sudden “busy spike,” or if a holiday, unexpected closure, or modified hours of operation prevented our trucks from getting in. If your delivery was missed or your usage has increased, please notify us immediately so we can adjust your delivery frequency and keep your flow steady. Call (317) 966-0288 ask for Nathan Foegley!

How much money can I expect to save by switching from traditional cooking oil jibs to PEO barrels?

Beyond competitive pricing, your real savings come from time and operational efficiency. By eliminating messy plastic jugs, our bulk barrel-and-pump system saves your staff labor time, eases the inventory ordering process, reduces product waste left in the bottom of jugs, and guarantees you are never caught empty-handed during a busy dinner rush.

Can we get a replacement pump for our fresh oil system if it splits or runs slowly?

Absolutely. If your hose splits, runs slower than usual, or stops running entirely, let us know. We can drop off a replacement pump on your next scheduled delivery, or get an emergency replacement scheduled sooner if your kitchen operations are impacted.

Will PEO pick up my used cooking oil even if I am not a fresh oil customer?

Yes, we are happy to handle your waste oil recycling! However, if your current storage tank or barrels legally belong to another provider, they must be formally notified that you want the equipment removed before we can safely service your location.
